New Digital Banking by Atlantic will be replacing the current Online and Mobile Banking Platforms.

There are two important steps you need to take.
1. Updating Your Contact Information before July 13 is critical. If you have not updated recently, then please click here.
To make the migration simple, please ensure your correct mobile number and email address is on file. You can do so with an EZ form, set up in an easy format for you to complete. Once completed, click finish, and the information will be sent to our Operations Team. Since these forms require ID authentication, they can only be used by legal adults. If you are a minor, please visit or call.
If you prefer, you can visit a branch, call the Atlantic Contact Center at 800-834-0432 or reach out via Video Banking by Atlantic, to update this information.
2. New Password Required at First Login
On July 13, when you access New Digital Banking by Atlantic for the first time, you will use your existing Atlantic Online Banking Username and Password. It will then walk you through the steps of securing your account by creating a new password and confirming your identity. The video below will walk you through that process.
